Privacy Policy
Effective October 3, 2026
Pool Addict is published by Razorpool. This policy explains what the app collects and why.
What we don't collect
Pool Addict has no accounts. We don't ask for or collect your name, email, contacts, photos or location. The app shows no third-party ads and does not track you across other apps or websites.
What we collect
- Player ID. On first launch the app signs in anonymously with Firebase Authentication, which creates a random player ID not linked to your identity.
- Game progress. Your progress (level, XP, coins, gems, scores, missions, felts and similar game stats) is stored on your device and backed up to Google Cloud Firestore under your player ID, so it can be restored if you reinstall.
- Gameplay analytics. Firebase Analytics records gameplay events such as runs started and finished, level-ups and rewards claimed, along with basic device and app information. We use this to balance and improve the game.
- Crash reports. Firebase Crashlytics sends crash and error reports, including device model, OS version and technical details of the error, so we can fix bugs.
Who processes it
This data is processed by Google as our service provider under the Firebase privacy terms. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else.
Retention and deletion
Deleting the app stops all collection. To delete your cloud backup and associated data, email us at support@pooladdict.app before uninstalling, and we'll remove it.
Children
Pool Addict is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the effective date.
